Shipping time frame and office hours:
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders will ship 2-4 business days after you place order. This does not include the time spent in transit. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service members.
Please note, I4L, LLC is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at your checkout. Please check over your address before submitting your order with us.
NOTE: during new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time. Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
Your shipment is domestic (USA) only.
Limit of 4 items (True Lips) per customer:
If you order more then 4 items (True Lips)— we will refund your money back to you. This is due to a limited inventory.
Shipping provider:
Our E-Commerce site sends your information to USPS for the final delivery in the USA.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Tracking your order online:
Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number is emailed to you for a comfort of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the company website and USPS tracking.
